How To Properly Reheat The Pre-Cooked Meals

- Pop Open Lid and Heat In 30 sec. Intervals Until Desired Heat

- Remove Soup Lid, Heat In 30 sec. Intervals Until Desired Heat

- Keep Overnight Oats and Parfaits in Refrigerator Until 

Ready to Eat.

-Fresh Juice Should Be Stored In Refrigerator and Consumed Within Three Days for Optimal Nutritional Benefits.

-Protein Bars Should be Kept in a Cool Dry Place, Refrigerated, or Frozen Until Ready To Eat.
